Summary: The Assistant Registrar will serve as a core member of the leadership team in the Office of Registration and Records. The successful candidate will oversee all matters related to transfer, test and placement credit for current and prospective CHCP students. Serve as a supervisor to team of transfer staff. Coordinate academic record activity. Coordinate new student registration activities.

Career Services Advisor

Summary:  The Career Services Advisor works under the supervision of the career services and Program Directors to recruit, develop and monitor sites for student assignments and placements. Recruiting and sales skills a plus, as you will be building relationships with students, as well as outside employers.

Summary:  Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to the school in accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for managing time, inquiries, and other recruitment-related resources to generate interest in our programs. This position will conduct a sufficient number of quality prospect phone contacts to secure appointments and interview activity, and conduct follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants.

Houston Regional Imaging Clinical Coordinator of Radiology

Summary:  The Texas Regional Imaging Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the supervision and training of Clinical Instructors and preceptors and is the primary point of communication between the clinical sites and the program. The Texas Regional Imaging Clinical Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating students in clinical assignments to ensure alignment with curriculum sequencing, as well as equitable and educationally valid experiences. The Texas Regional Imaging Clinical Instructor assists in the developing and maintaining clinical standards.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Director

Summary:  The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Director is responsible for leveraging their expertise to develop, maintain, and deliver education services to students thru creating and maintaining core curriculum, ensuring delivery of core curriculum, preparing course plans and material, supervising staff and oversight of the Program.  The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Director will monitor and manage    student progress and attendance, student advising, and grade reporting.

Summary:  The The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound) Instructor/Clinical Coordinator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching students, developing and maintaining clinical affiliations, supervising students in the clinical settings and maintaining records of the clinical education component.

Summary:  This position reports directly to the COO, or COO designee.  The Executive Director in conjunction with the COO, or COO designee is responsible for creating an environment to fulfill educational goals. Using initiative and independent judgment, the Executive Director will administer and supervise all operations of the school, exercise of budget controls, and oversight of staffing, marketing, community involvement, and course development/offerings.
