Dear Graduates:

I am so very proud of your accomplishment and happy for you. You came to The College of Health Care Professions with the goal of successfully earning your diploma or degree and you did it!

I encourage you to continue your journey in life with a determination and drive to turn your dreams into your reality.

According to Stephen Covey, the writer of many self-help books, there are 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and I would like to highlight Habit # 2, “Begin With The End In Mind.” He states;

 “One of the best ways to incorporate Habit # 2 into your life is to develop a Personal Mission Statement.

• It focuses on what you want to be and do.
• It is your plan for success.
• It reaffirms who you are.
• It puts your goal in focus and moves your ideas into the real world.

Your mission statement makes you the leader of your own life. You create your own destiny and secure the future you envision.”
