CHCP’s LaRonn Stevens selected as the 2023 recipient of The Career Colleges & Schools of Texas (CCST) Teacher of the Year Award

Today, our colleague LaRonn Stevens was selected for this year’s Teacher of the Year Award at The Career Colleges & Schools of Texas (CCST). We are incredibly proud of LaRonn's achievements as a valuable member of our Medical Assistant Instructor team. The award recognizes teachers in Texas who exemplify professional development skills, have high ratings on student evaluations, and excellent teaching performance and retention rates. This is a testament to Mr. Stevens’ approach to teaching by creating a safe and welcoming environment and facilitating professional development. Congratulations LaRonn!

The award was presented on Wednesday, September 20 at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas at CCST’s annual conference, which draws attendees from over 150 career college and school sector leaders, key decision makers and administrative personnel from Texas and surrounding states.
