Eric Bing, Chancellor of The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), was featured today in Fierce Education for his opinion piece that describes how colleges can make simple fixes to better serve today’s adult learners. 

In this piece, Eric discusses how colleges are currently structured to serve only the most traditional learners. Eric argues that if institutions wish to enroll and retain students, they must evolve to meet the needs of today’s working learners. The most effective tactics to support these students is for institutions to consider awarding credit for prior learning and to accept non-degree credentials to eliminate access barriers and ensure students who have work or prior education experience are able to stack those skill credentials and build a degree!
