The Associate of Applied Science degree program in Health and Medical Administrative Services at The College of Health Care Professions was created to provide you with a broad overview of the administrative aspects of healthcare. The focus of CHCP’s Health and Medical Administrative Services AAS Degree program is to prepare you with general education and didactic theory necessary to bridge the gap from an allied health diploma level to the Associate of Applied Science degree. Courses will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate effective communication, customer relations, organizational and administrative skills. Eligible individuals will receive Core Bridge Transfer Credits from their previous allied health education program and medical certificate, five general education courses and three core courses

People with Associate degrees also are more likely to find jobs; the unemployment rate in 2013 was more than 35 percent lower for Associate degree holders compared with high school graduates.
