Propel America partners with CHCP to develop a diverse and trained talent pipeline for healthcare roles in Louisiana

With the ongoing challenges Louisiana faces in filling healthcare roles, Propel America partnered with The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP)  to help provide young adults in Baton Rouge new opportunities to develop in-demand healthcare skills at no cost to the learners.

The new program provides a tuition-free and high-quality medical assistant pathway for young adults. The program will include hands-on training, career coaching and more, with the goal of unlocking new pathways for young Louisianians to experience potential upward economic and social mobility while also filling a critical workforce need.
