The article, titled “Advanced education and health care careers go hand in hand” features Eric’s insights around how 60 percent of healthcare positions are in the allied health space, including surgical technologists, radio technologists, sonographers, medical assistants, physical therapy assistants, and more. He speaks on how getting into this sector is achievable with short-term certificates, which are designed to help students prepare for real-world requirements and complete the program in nine to 13 months. Eric shares that CHCP has redesigned its education plan to focus on the priorities and schedules of busy adult learners - which allows for students to have a hybrid learning model and help balance learning, work, and life.
