Working under the supervision of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physicians or other licensed rehabilitation professionals, rehab therapy technicians treat and support the short and long-term outcomes of patients recovering from injury or adapting to trauma or disability. Skills necessary for this job include advanced client relations skills as well as a high level of organization in order to successfully navigate administrative duties such as client paperwork processing and maintaining a client schedule.
