The Bachelors of Science in Radiologic Sciences Management Program prepares diagnostic imaging professionals for the role of an imaging department administrator, manager, supervisor, or other leadership position. The 100% online program includes 36 hours of general education courses, as well as 45 hours of imaging, healthcare, and management-specific courses. 81 credit hours are required to be completed with CHCP.

What are the program requirements for the Bachelors of Science in Radiologic Sciences Management Program?

Applicants to the program must have a completion certificate or an Associates/Associates of Applied Science Degree from an accredited and approved imaging program in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Sonography, or Radiation Therapy. Applicants are required to hold a current certification/licensure with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or The Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). Applicants should be able to read and write English. The 100% online format in 8-week continuous terms.

The BSRS Management curriculum includes coursework to help prepare graduates for the Certified Radiology Assistant (CRA) exam from The Association for Medical Imaging Management, a recognized high standard of achievement in imaging management. The Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) credential is an exam-based certification tailored specifically to medical imaging administration, focusing on all aspects of imaging management in the range of practice settings.
