EarthCam, a webcam technology company released a time-lapse of the rebuilding of One World Trade Center on Tuesday, formerly known as the "Freedom Tower" to commemorate the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

The stunning time-lapse video titled "World Trade Center: The Rebirth of Downtown New York City," shows the slow but steady process of rebuilding the WTC since February 2010 until September 2012.
