Relax: It's good for your health!

Stay feeling great and motivated through school. Treat yourself to a few minutes of relaxation.

There are many things you can do just to get your mind off everything and just relax. For example: Sit on your comfy chair or couch with your favorite drink and just smile. You are achieving something amazing! You have earned the right to relax.

Instead of going straight home, or going straight to bed, why not take a walk? Go outside and enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes we forget the big picture because we are so focused on the now, and everything that needs to get done. Taking a walk can help clear your head and get a new perspective.

Allow yourself to do something you enjoy for no other reason than to have fun. Whether you are working full time, part time, or just going to school, we all deserve a break. Go take part in your favorite activity, whether it is reading a book, watching a movie, running, or playing sports or releasing some energy in paintball.
